1.Training System Development
Develop and establish an overseas training system for the business division based on international market needs and pain points; optimize the overseas curriculum system.
2.Training Program Planning
Design language training programs for Chinese employees assigned overseas as well as training initiatives for local management and technical talents
3. Program Operations
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of overseas training programs, including design, implementation, local deployment, and post-program review, to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement.
4. Ad Hoc Tasks

1.Program Operations Experience: Proficient in end-to-end operation and delivery of large-scale training programs.
2.Insights on International Talent Development:Possess independent thinking and insights into international talent development, and be able to propose innovative solutions.
3. Language Requirement: Proficiency in English for daily work communication; ability to work overseas.
