Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute global brand development strategies; manage overseas positioning and image for sub-brands.
- Project Management: Lead global brand collaborations, sponsorship programs, and large-scale brand campaigns.
- Experience Management: Establish and oversee visual identity (VI/SI) standards across global retail touchpoints to ensure brand consistency.
- Asset Management: Monitor global brand health, manage brand assets, conduct competitive benchmarking, and develop improvement plans.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher with 4+ years of global brand management experience. Candidates with strategic backgrounds from 4A advertising agencies or brand departments in multinational headquarters are preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with new energy vehicles, 3C electronics, or consumer goods sectors; proven track record of managing premium/luxury brands.
- Core Competencies: Strong logical thinking and macro perspective; proficiency in brand tools (e.g., Brand Equity).
- Language Skills: International candidates are preferred; fluency in English is required for cross-cultural communication as a working language.
