Qualifications include 10+ years of sales or business development experience in commercial vehicles, EVs, or fleet services, proven success managing a regional territory, excellent communication skills, ability to travel extensively, self-motivation, proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred skills include knowledge of EV technology, experience with dealer networks, and familiarity with California’s market.
