The Opportunity
At InCharge, our success is built on operational excellence and strong leadership at every level. We're looking for a
Branch General Manager – Sales & Service to lead the day-to-day operations of our Bellflower, CA Sales & Service office. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving service and construction revenue, growing a sustainable backlog, and maintaining accountability to monthly and annual P&L goals. You'll manage a multidisciplinary team, improve operational workflows, and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture as you help expand InCharge's presence in Southern California.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth in service, maintenance, and electrical construction projects
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Bellflower office, ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and financial objectives
- Maintain constant communication with management, team members, vendors, and partners to ensure operational efficiency
- Support and grow the charger production center, field services, and project teams through process improvement and quality assurance
- Lead a team of field and office staff, including performance management, development plans, and hiring as needed
- Track key operational KPIs, including backlog health, job costing, margin, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct monthly P&L reviews and report on office performance to senior leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure compliance and execution
- Manage general conditions including inventory, materials, environmental controls, and field logistics
- Lead budget development, forecasting, and resource planning for the office
Your Experience & Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, operations management, engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 5-7+ years of experience in account development, construction project management, or maintenance sales
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L ownership and financial reporting
- Excellent delegation and team-building skills with a hands-on leadership style
- Conflict resolution and business negotiation expertise
- Proficiency in general business software with an aptitude for adopting new platforms
- Strong working knowledge of electrical construction, third-party electrical testing, or electrical service work (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools (preferred)
- Experience communicating across diverse cultural backgrounds and operational functions
US Salary Range
$130,000—$150,000 USD
