What To Expect
The Business Analyst for the Vehicle Accessory and Merchandise business plays a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decisions by maintaining critical dashboards that monitor performance, as well as updating and informing on weekly key performance indicator metrics. This role involves conducting in-depth analyses and presenting actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to the maintenance of the product lifecycle management system, driving operational efficiency and ensuring all categories are correct for cross-functional stakeholders to accurately forecast, plan materials and ensure fulfillment reliability. To be successful in this role, the analyst will need to be highly experienced in analytics, be effective working on a project basis, have worked with internally or externally developed product lifecycle management systems and be a strong communicator.
What You'll Do
Share requirements and maintain dashboards in Tableau while working directly with business insights, finance, operations and product managersMaintain part number portfolio via internally developed product lifecycle management and enterprise resource planning tools Partner with product managers to ensure all part number data is maintained accurately on an ongoing basis Develop a deep understanding of the Vehicle Accessory and Merchandise business Analyze dashboards, summarize findings, provide recommendations and present to team on key performance indicators related to product sales, take rates, customer behaviors, returns and market trends Create specific reports for various stakeholders in a timely manner. Drive initiatives to expand the accuracy of portfolio data. Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and optimization using data insights Act as a database and system expert, providing support to users on related applications. Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business or equivalent experience 3+ years' experience working in data analytics or relevant field within the context of business operations related to products, automotive or high-tech industries Highly proficient skill level in Excel, Tableau, JIRA, product lifecycle management and enterprise resource planning tools (e.g. ENOVIA, SAP) Experience analyzing large data sets and providing clear recommendations based on the findings Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) liaising with both technical and non-technical professionals Strong presentation skills to cross-functional audiences. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Extremely detail-oriented

Expected Compensation
$80,000 - $180,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
