We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and proactive Senior Analyst to join our Sales Planning & Operations team. In this high-impact role, you will leverage advanced analytics to improve operational processes, guide strategic initiatives, and deliver key insights that shape decision-making at every level of the organization. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders. This role can be located in Palo Alto, SoCal or Austin TX.
What You'll Do
Lead high-impact, cross-regional projects from ideation through execution. Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for senior leadershipContinuously assess project outcomes and refine strategies to maximize operational efficiency Conduct market research and provide data-driven recommendations for future initiatives Develop and maintain consistent, accurate, and timely reporting across key business areas Support strategic planning with robust analytical models and executive-level presentations Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover insights that drive business performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure project success
What You'll Bring
5+ years in project management, business operations, planning, finance, or a similar data-driven roleProficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Power BI, MySQL); fast learner of new systems Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail Ability to present complex insights clearly and persuasively to all levels, including executive leadership Proven ability to drive initiatives in cross-functional environments Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced change. Sound judgment, initiative, and a bias toward action Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Expected Compensation
$100,000 - $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
