What To Expect
As an Accounts Project Manager for the Roadside Assistance team, you will be responsible for successfully managing, developing, and executing cross- functional projects. Through these operations, you are a driving force in executing your team’s objectives, you have a key role in ensuring consistent financial job flows, driving improvements in our systems and processes, and contributing to a positive customer experience. The Accounts Project Manager interacts with a broad audience including internal teams such as Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Service and our external vendor network. You are responsible for financial reporting, invoice processes, project management and ensuring that we are meeting our KPIs for delivering on our commitment to our roadside provider network and our customers.
What You'll Do
Collaborating with development teams to drive improvements in our invoicing portal for both internal and external teamsProactively identify opportunities to guide our team’s financial strategy and implement solutionsManage communication with accounts payable and procurement teams regarding roadside vendor accounts, invoices, POs and payment statusPerform market research and analysis of the roadside market and identify opportunities for the team to become more efficient and structuredMaintain up to date overview of operational progress, outstanding actions and financial workflowsUpdate resources and processes for internal and external teams to ensure successful change management across the organizationOwn and maintain vendor rate tool. Review roadside vendor invoice submissions. Responsibilities will include ad-hoc tasks from manager and evolve with the growing Roadside Assistance team
What You'll Bring
Project management experienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Project management experienceVendor management and Invoicing/Accounts Payable experience a plusProficient in Microsoft Office products, JIRA, Confluence or other project management platformsStrong data analytic experience and a high level of proficiency in ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and multi-tasking expertise is an absolute must. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and work well in a team

Expected Compensation
$68,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
