What You'll Do
Act as engineering program owner for drive inverter program launches and design improvementsManage drive inverter build plans, parts logistics, and support robust engineering build executionCoordinate design changes with cross-functional teams and support their cut-in into productionTrack and maintain key component and program metrics including schedule, reliability, performance, cost, and massLead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering engineering programs for drive inverterFoster open communication among cross-functional teams to facilitate effective collaborationProactively identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies
What You'll Bring
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent experienceProven success managing complex engineering programs from concept to productionExpertise in project management tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and methodologiesStrong technical aptitude in manufacturing processes (e.g., automation, DFMEA)Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with strong technical communication abilityAbility to drive improvements across a global interdisciplinary team

Expected Compensation
$88,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
