About The Role
As a Technical Operations Analyst, we’re seeking a diligent and technical professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, documentation, and data. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating clear user documentation, establishing robust tracking systems, and surfacing actionable insights through metrics. You’ll collaborate across IT, project management, and operations teams to ensure our processes are efficient, clear, and measurable.
This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
What You’ll Do
Support Service Management and related processes by assigning, approving, and closing associated tickets. Run access processes to maintain secure Data Center facilities. Perform physical audits of tech spaces. Verify data entry is updated and accurate. Database and workflow management. Ensure databases are regularly updated. Track scheduled work and ensure appropriate reporting. Workload forecasting, planning, and budgeting (development and tracking). Ability to read/interpret technical/telecom drawings and ensure all standards are met. Collaborate and maintain business relationships to meet and exceed client expectations on business and project activities. Acts as a point of escalation for solving difficult fixing components. Be flexible for some travel within the Americas (Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Impact the quality of own work. Track and analyze key performance indicators, technical performance data, and generate detailed reports. Prepare and present project status reports, Q/A checklist, and compliance documentation for internal and external partners. Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments. Compare packing lists with purchase details to ensure accurate make, model, and quantities are received and processed.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel/PowerPoint, Service Now, and SharePoint
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Technical Ops Analyst is $100,000 and the maximum salary for the Technical Ops Analyst position is $125,000. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
