Job Title: 1st and 3rd Shift Direct Shipment Packer
Location: Sandston, VA
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
3rd Shift: Monday - Friday 11:30pm - 7am
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Pay Range: $17.00 – $18.25 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Additional: Shift differential pay available

We’re offering a full-time opportunity as a Direct Shipment Packer. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring accurate, efficient order fulfillment and delivery. It’s a great chance to develop new skills, grow within a supportive environment, and make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Pack products accurately for direct shipment (place items in boxes and onto conveyor belts)
- Verify product details and ensure they match order specifications
- Perform visual quality checks
- Identify and set aside damaged or defective items
- Follow all safety and quality protocols
- Use scanners to validate packaged items
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable standing for 6–8 hours per shift
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- General computer knowledge
- High school diploma or GED
