What To Expect
The HR Project Manager will drive the development, implementation, and optimization of HR processes, systems, and analytics. This role will support HR leadership by managing the full lifecycle of strategic HR programs, including resource allocation, timeline management, cross-functional coordination. The successful incumbent will have a strong technical background in HR systems and data analytics, with proven expertise in leading business transformation projects and high-performing teams.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of HR projects, from planning and design to delivery and post-implementation reviewDevelop, maintain, and monitor project timelines and resource plans to meet business, operational, and technical needs. Ensure that project deliverables are met within scope and on timeCoordinate resources, including capital, staff, and tools, across multiple teams, to achieve project objectives. Provide consultative guidance on the people, processes, and tools necessary for successful project executionDrive the development and operationalization of HR data insights, creating frameworks and tools that inform workforce strategiesIdentify and implement process improvements within HR, leveraging technology, analytics, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across HR operationsFacilitate change management efforts and ensure proper communication and documentation to stakeholders at all levels of the organizationProvide leadership and mentorship to project management professionals within the HR team, supporting career growth and development
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business-related field; 8+ years experience in project management, coordination, and/or analyticsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams across HR, analytics, data engineering, and product management to execute transformation initiativesStrong expertise in HR systems and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Confluence, SQL)Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and technologies, focusing on talent management and workforce optimizationDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects balancing technical, operational, and business complexityHigh proficiency in project management methodologies and the ability to define, manage and communicate project scope and timelinesExperience in mentoring or leading teams with a strong commitment to professional development
