The Reliability and Test team is a cross functional, cross programs and cross systems organization whose mission is to ensure that every vehicle product is meeting our strict requirements for functionality, durability, strength and abuse. It encompasses mechanical, electrical, thermal and systems verification and validation through characterization and accelerated life testing.
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who is driven and willing to undertake great challenges, to manage test projects by coordinating reliability and test teams assets, capture constraints from all stakeholders and feeding back clear test dashboards, so that accurate data is supporting the organization’s efforts in developing uncompromised and reliable vehicle products.
What You'll Do
Own the scope, schedule, implementation and tracking of test projects and results from start to finishSet goals, track deliverables, manage expectations, identify risk and drive mitigations across all stages of the projectWork with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Service Engineering, Supply Chain and the engineering leadership team to gather new requirements scope and timelines and escalate issues to ensure prompt resolutionAide in driving conversations and issues to closure, defining next steps, and ensuring follow-ups are ownedInfluence without reporting structure and operate without guidanceResolve conflict productively across teamsMaximize productivity in a constantly changing environment of shifting priorities
What You'll Bring
2-3 years of experience in an engineering environment with responsibility for implementing or managing changeDemonstrated experience in technical program management with many cross functional teamsDeep technical knowledge of engineering fundamentals, in mechanical, electrical and software engineeringProblem solver with a talent for approaching complex challenges with a positive outlookExceptional organization and communication skills

Expected Compensation
$88,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
