Compensation $125,000 - $155,000 base salary depending on experience

As the FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and operational performance of the company. This highly visible role will involve direct collaboration with senior leadership and business unit heads, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Financial Reporting & Analysis (30%)
- Prepare financial reporting material for monthly business reviews and quarterly Board of Directors presentations, including variance analysis and KPIs
- Monitor monthly FP&A close, driving cross-functional adherence to timelines
- Consolidate and analyze monthly results across clients and divisions
- Drive visibility into labor productivity and key operational KPIs
- Budgeting, Planning, & Forecasting (30%)
- Partner with Finance & Operational leadership to support the consolidated annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly risks & opportunities processes
- Assist in preparing cash flow and liquidity projections to support budgeting, strategic planning, and liquidity management
- Strategic & Ad-Hoc Analysis (30%)
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into actionable strategies
- Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate new initiatives and investment opportunities
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and support strategic goals
- Processes, Systems, and Technology Improvement (10%)
- Support maintenance of OneStream implementation, including data mappings and hierarchies
- Identify and assist with implementation of automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or financial operations; experience in high-growth or M&A-driven environments preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (MBA, CPA, CMA certification preferred)
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Experience supporting senior leadership with reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences
- Expert-level Excel required. Experience with financial systems, data platforms, or consolidation tools preferred
- Data Viz & Warehousing Power BI/Domo/Fabric/Snowflake (or similar)
- Automation SQL/Python (or similar)
- Consolidation OneStream, HFM, Adaptive Planning (or similar)
- AI Claude, Copilot (or similar)
- Self-starter with attention to detail, curiosity, and ability to meet tight deadlines
