Logistics Planning, Material Flow and Layouts Internship - 12 Month Placement (July 2027)

What awaits you?
Role
You will be working with the logistics planning team and its process partners on various projects to support the Team with their role to develop supply chain, material flow planning, logistics structure and packaging for New Product Integration (NPI), series launch, running changes, bespoke & smart logistics integration, including:
- Emphasis on leading projects.
- Using CAD to 3D design layout and structures.
- Entrepreneurial mind-set: how to improve processes in both quality and efficiency, creating business cases for investments and implementing the project.
- Working with our logistics operational and assembly teams to seamlessly launch new models into our production.
- Building experience in presenting ideas in team and management meetings, being able to persuade others as well as developing on feedback.
- Managing external contractors as part of project implementation.
- Support future logistics strategic development.
- Scanning the environment to identify opportunities.
- Managing daily tasks, adhoc support and ongoing projects with transparent communication to team and stake holders.
What should you bring along?
- Studying towards a degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, Data Science or a related discipline.
- Strongly self-motivated, high analytical and problem-solving skill.
- High level of creative thinking.
- Excellent communications and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
- Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- General Business MS-Office Skills (Knowledge of Power BI, are advantageous).
- Good knowledge of logistics or manufacturing processes are advantageous.
- 3D modelling and CAD skills are advantageous.
