The Role
You'll be responsible for coordinating programme activities across engineering, procurement and manufacturing teams, ensuring projects stay on track from concept through to delivery. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll manage schedules, track progress, oversee BOMs and keep key stakeholders aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage programme plans, timelines and critical milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain and control vehicle BOMs and programme documentation
- Track risks, issues and dependencies, driving solutions where required
- Provide regular programme updates and progress reporting
About You
- Experience in programme, project or vehicle development management
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment
- Automotive, motorsport, manufacturing or advanced engineering experience is advantageous
- Proactive, hands-on and solutions focused
