Role Responsibilities
Procurement
1.Process, Compliance & Contract Support
- Assist in establishing, implementing, and improving corporate procurement policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Support the development and maintenance of the contract management process to ensure effective and compliant operations.
- Handle general procurement administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and prepare necessary documentation and reports.
2.End-to-End Supplier Management
- Manage the full supplier lifecycle: identify, evaluate, select, and onboard new suppliers.
- Administer supplier qualification, certification, and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and alignment with company standards.
3.Full-Cycle Procurement Execution
- Lead the sourcing and purchasing process: draft Statements of Work (SOW) and technical documents, prepare/review commercial quotations, and conduct cost analysis.
- Participate in contract negotiations, assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, and support the signing process to secure favorable terms and mitigate risk.
- Oversee order fulfillment, including goods/services acceptance against specifications and coordinating the payment process.
Office Administration & Front Desk
- Company pool vehicle/personal vehicle management including recording of rent/return, penalty and toll fee management, process payments and coordinate with government authorities as needed.
- Provides professional reception services, manages the front desk, and serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
- Handles general office administration and provides logistical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Processes invoices and manages the payment cycle for all office-related assets, expenses and vendor services.
- Acts as the main point of contact for office suppliers and service providers, coordinating maintenance and supplies.
Qualifications & requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in business support, administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility for managing office operations, assets, and vendor services.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and service-oriented attitude for effective front-desk support and cross-departmental coordination.
- Ability to respond promptly to requests, solve problems proactively, and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and Korean for communicational use. English is a plus.
- Prior experience in procurement, contract support, office management, or the automotive industry is preferred.
