About Us
ZEEKR is the premium intelligent electric mobility brand of Geely Holding Group, one of the world's largest automotive groups whose portfolio also includes Volvo, Polestar, Lotus and LEVC. ZEEKR has grown into one of the fastest-rising premium EV brands globally, and in Australia it is one of the most exciting new players in the market — with an award-winning product line-up (ZEEKR X, 7X, 009 and more coming), a rapidly expanding dealer and retail network, and a strong local team building the brand from the ground up.
About the Role
This is a graduate-level position within the ZEEKR Australia Brand & Communications team, designed for a 2027 graduate at the start of their marketing career. You will support the execution of ZEEKR brand and marketing activities across the Australian market, working closely with the Brand & Communications Manager and collaborating with product, sales, network and aftersales teams, as well as external agencies and dealer partners.
This is an execution- and learning-oriented role. You will not be expected to set strategy; you will be expected to deliver tasks to a high standard, learn quickly, and grow with a premium EV brand in its fastest growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Campaign Execution Support
- Assist in executing ZEEKR national marketing campaigns and product launch activities (e.g. new model launches such as the ZEEKR 7X/9X) under the guidance of the Brand & Communications Manager;
- Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, material production and tracking of deliverables;
- Provide administrative and operational support for product launches, promotional activities, and dealer-facing initiatives;
- Assist in preparing marketing collateral, presentations and briefs for internal stakeholders and agencies;
- Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as directed by the department head, adapting flexibly to changing business priorities.
2. Brand & Communications Support
- Support the consistent application of ZEEKR global brand guidelines (CI/VI) across all local touchpoints, including ZEEKR Centre signage, events and digital assets
- Assist in localising ZEEKR brand communication materials from global/HQ sources for the Australian market
- Support PR and media activities: help coordinate media releases, press kits, ZEEKR media test-drive events and journalist enquiries
- Assist with content production for ZEEKR owned channels (website, social media): support the content calendar, copywriting, asset collection and basic performance tracking
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with ZEEKR product, sales, network development and aftersales teams to support their marketing-related needs
- Liaise with external agencies (creative, PR, digital, events) on daily execution tasks
- Support communication flow between the local team and regional/HQ (Hangzhou) marketing teams, including document translation and meeting coordination where required
4. Rebates, Payments and Team Support
- Process dealer marketing rebate claims, checking submissions against policy and preparing them for approval and payment;
- Raise purchase orders, process supplier invoices and track payments through to completion;
- Maintain accurate records, budget trackers and payment status reporting across the department;
- Follow up with dealers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve missing paperwork and payment queries;
- Assist the department head and wider marketing team with reporting and administration;
- Support campaigns, events and projects as capacity allows
