Senior HMI Experience Designer / Planner는 차량 기능의 사용자 경험 방향을 정의하고, Feature Requirement부터 Interaction, HMI Policy까지 제품 경험 전반을 설계합니다. Design, Connect, Engineering 등 다양한 조직과 협업하여 사용자 경험과 기술 구현 사이의 균형을 만들고, 차세대 SDV 사용자 경험을 함께 만들어갑니다.
The Connect HMI Team transforms vehicle features and systems into intuitive, user-centered experiences that are safe, consistent, and ready for implementation. Beyond designing interfaces, the team connects complex vehicle behaviors into seamless user journeys and translates them into development-ready requirements.
As a Senior HMI Experience Designer / Planner, you will define the experience strategy for vehicle features, from user requirements and interaction models to HMI policies. Working closely with Design, Connect, and Engineering teams, you will bridge user needs with technical implementation and help shape the next generation of SDV experiences.
Responsibilities
- 차량 기능 및 시스템의 HMI Experience 전략과 Interaction 원칙을 정의합니다.
- 사용자 요구사항을 기능, Interaction, HMI Requirement로 구체화합니다.
- Physical Control, Cluster, HUD, IVI 등 다양한 HMI Touchpoint 간의 일관된 사용자 경험을 설계합니다.
- Vehicle State, Feature Priority 및 Exception을 고려한 Cross-domain HMI Policy를 수립합니다.
- Design, Connect, E&E Architecture 및 Engineering 조직과 협업하여 제품 요구사항과 구현 방향을 정의합니다.
- 사용자 경험의 일관성과 완성도를 높이기 위한 HMI Guideline과 의사결정 기준을 지속적으로 개선합니다.
- Define HMI experience strategies and interaction principles for vehicle features and systems.
- Translate user needs into functional requirements, interaction models, and HMI specifications.
- Design consistent experiences across multiple HMI touchpoints, including Physical Controls, Cluster, HUD, and IVI.
- Establish cross-domain HMI policies considering vehicle states, feature priorities, and exception handling.
- Collaborate with Design, Connect, E&E Architecture, and Engineering teams to define implementation-ready requirements.
- Continuously improve HMI guidelines and decision frameworks to enhance product consistency and usability.
Qualifications
- 관련 분야에서 8년 이상의 실무 경험
- 복잡한 제품 또는 시스템을 사용자 경험과 요구사항으로 구조화한 경험
- Physical 및 Digital Interaction 설계에 대한 높은 이해
- 불명확한 문제를 구조화하고 제품 요구사항을 정의할 수 있는 역량
- 다양한 이해관계자와 협업하며 기술적 의사결정을 이끌 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience translating complex products or systems into user experiences and product requirements.
- Strong understanding of physical and digital interaction design.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and define product requirements independently.
- Strong communication skills with experience driving technical discussions across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive HMI, Mobility 또는 Vehicle Feature 개발 경험
- Vehicle E&E Architecture 또는 Engineering Specification에 대한 이해
- Cross-domain Interaction 또는 Multi-touchpoint UX 설계 경험
- Prototyping, User Evaluation 또는 Human Factors 검증 경험
- Global Project 또는 Cross-functional Team 리딩 경험
- 글로벌 협업을 위한 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량
- Experience in Automotive HMI, Mobility, or Vehicle Feature development.
- Understanding of Vehicle E&E Architecture or Engineering Specifications.
- Experience designing cross-domain interactions or multi-touchpoint user experiences.
- Experience with prototyping, user evaluation, or human factors validation.
- Experience leading global or cross-functional projects.
- Professional English communication skills for global collaboration.
