As a full-time Supply Chain Analyst in the Supply Chain Department at Aalberts, you will be responsible for all supply chain reporting and analysis activity. Incumbent is a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst that leads data-driven initiatives that enhance our global supply chain performance. In this role, you will provide strategic insights through rigorous analysis, optimize logistics and procurement processes, and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve service excellence and cost efficiency.

your challenge
- Develop, maintain, and enhance supply chain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports using Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel tools.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators including: OTIF (On-Time In-Full), Inventory Turns, Days Inventory on Hand (DIO), Forecast Accuracy, Supplier On-Time Delivery, Schedule Adherence, Capacity Utilization, Service Levels
- Present actionable recommendations and business insights to senior leadership.
- Lead inventory optimization initiatives across manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain safety stock strategies based on demand variability, lead time variability, and customer service targets.
- Evaluate planning parameters including Lead Times, Safety Stock, Reorder Points, Lot Sizes, Forecast Consumption Settings
- Perform root cause analysis for shortages, excess inventory, obsolescence, and forecast deviations.
- Support demand, supply, and inventory planning processes through statistical analysis and scenario modeling.
- Develop forecasting models and predictive analytics to improve inventory and service performance.
- Measure and improve forecast accuracy through ongoing monitoring of MAPE, Bias, and other forecast performance metrics.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, demand patterns, and optimization opportunities.
- Support digital transformation and supply chain automation initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on reducing costs, improving service levels, and increasing productivity.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address process inefficiencies.
- Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities to improve lead time reliability, service levels, and supply continuity.
- Support supplier scorecard development and vendor performance reviews.
- Provide analytical support for sourcing decisions, supplier transitions, and risk mitigation activities.
- Lead master data governance efforts supporting planning, procurement, manufacturing, and inventory management processes.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across ERP and supply chain systems.
- Support ERP implementations, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to establish best practices for data management and supply chain system utilization.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by your manager.
requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, manufacturing operations, or supply chain analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into business decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in: Excel Macros, SQL – Ability to query, assemble data and perform analytics
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, JD Edwards, or similar platforms.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

- APICS CPIM or CSCP certifications
- Experience using Python, R, Power Query, DAX, or other advanced analytics tools.

- Office-based with occasional visits to plant locations. Will involve exposure to environments requiring adherence to safety protocols including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Clear verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with all departments, vendors and colleagues. Specifically, upper intermediate (B2) language level in English.

Occasional travel to distribution centers and Aalberts locations up to 10% of the time. Initial travel during Onboarding is 40%
compensation and benefits
