Key Responsibilities
1. Lead full-cycle new line introduction: layout verification, equipment installation & commissioning, process validation, pilot run, mass production ramp-up and formal handover.
2. Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, process, quality, production, supply chain and vendors to resolve launch bottlenecks, DFM issues and process mismatch.
3. Optimize process parameters, stabilize manufacturing consistency, improve yield, cycle time and OEE, and standardize SOP and process control documents.
4. Identify project risks, organize root cause analysis and closed-loop improvement, ensure stable mass production.
5. Summarize launch experience, establish standardized launch procedure and problem database to support rapid replication of new projects.
6. Manage launch team, schedule project milestones, and ensure on-time delivery of mass production targets.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Materials or related disciplines.
2. 5+ years experience in lithium battery manufacturing, 3+ years in NPI / new line launch management.
3. Familiar with cell/PACK manufacturing process, key equipment and mass production control system; proven experience in 0-to-1 new line launch.
4. Strong cross-functional coordination, risk management and problem-solving capability, able to handle fast-paced project milestones.
5. Systematic thinking with good experience in process standardization and project replication.
6. Candidates with new factory mass launch or overseas project experience are highly preferred.
