Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Marketing Sourcing: Manage the procurement lifecycle for all marketing services across EMEA, from strategy and sourcing to contract execution and performance review.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Build and manage a roster of high-performing agencies and vendors. Negotiate master service agreements, ensuring favorable terms on cost, IP rights, and deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary procurement partner for the Europe and global marketing teams, aligning procurement plans with campaign calendars and brand objectives.
- Compliance & Brand Governance: Ensure all marketing engagements comply with Xpeng's global branding guidelines, financial controls, and local regulations (e.g., GDPR, advertising standards).
- System & Process Excellence: Master Xpeng's procurement and marketing workflow systems to ensure seamless project initiation, approval, and payment processes.
- Regional Travel: Travel approximately 20-25% within Europe to meet with key marketing teams, major agency partners, and attend crucial industry or launch events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing procurement, agency management, or marketing operations within a multi-country EMEA context.
- Deep understanding of the marketing services landscape, including digital platforms, media, and production. - Mandatory: Fluency in English (business proficiency).
- Strongly Preferred: Professional proficiency in German.
- A Significant Plus: Working knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin).
- Proven ability to manage complex contracts and stakeholder expectations in a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure marketing spend effectiveness.
