Job Title: Event & Sponsoring Specialist - Austria
Responsibilities
- Conceptualization, planning, organization, and execution of target group–specific events as well as national trade fair and exhibition appearances.
- Development and implementation of marketing activities to increase national visibility of the brand, products, and technologies among customers, partners, and media.
- Management and implementation of sponsorship and collaboration projects
- Development and implementation of joint activations with collaboration partners
- Maintenance of existing partnerships and identification of new collaboration opportunities
- Driving event traffic and generating qualified, target group–specific leads.
- Planning, coordination, and support of dealer and partner events.
- Close collaboration with internal departments as well as external agencies, service providers, and partners.
- Budget planning, cost calculation, and ongoing budget and cost controlling.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Communication Studies, Marketing, or a comparable field of study.
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in event marketing, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Proven experience in successfully planning and executing events
- High level of creativity, flexibility, and solution-oriented thinking.
- Strong initiative, independent working style, and excellent self-management skills.
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- High level of organizational talent and a structured approach to work.
