We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented New Product Introduction (NPI) Technician to join our team at the Megafactory. As an NPI Technician, you will play a critical role in preparing materials, conducting NPI builds, and maintaining core functions at a high standard. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness, mentor associates, and uphold high-quality standards. What You'll Do
Support Engineering in prototyping and provide iterative feedback for continuous improvement Perform electro-mechanical assembly independently, collaborating effectively with various operations, troubleshooting, and reworking with a strong understanding of functional operation Ensure high-quality activities, including self-inspection and thorough process checks, and efficiently complete tasks within manufacturing schedules Work on multiple projects simultaneously, interacting with teams, and addressing priority tasks, while demonstrating a quick and flexible approach to problem-solving and task management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness, mentor associates, and uphold high-quality standards, while maintaining a clean and orderly work area and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures
What You'll Bring
1-3 years of experience in automotive, high tech, or similar high-volume/high complexity manufacturing, with a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering)Proficient in reading manufacturing instructions and mechanical drawings, with high craftsmanship, attention to detail, and efficient work Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment, demonstrating reliability, initiative, commitment, and effective time management Proficient in welding techniques, with the ability to perform high-quality welds ensuring structural integrity and durability in mechanical and electrical systems Strong understanding of power electronics, including the assembly, testing, and integration of electronic components, circuits, and systems in energy products

Expected Compensation
$27.45 - $40.36/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
