Come make history with us. As the Manager, Technical Programs (NPI), you will own the end-to-end NPI lifecycle across multiple programs and sites, from prototype through production launch. You will lead a high-performing team of TPMs and drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to bring new products to market with precision and scale.
You will set vision and execution strategy for NPI builds (A through D), ensuring operational excellence, build quality, and cost targets are met. You will also drive the evolution of scalable NPI processes and tools across the organization. You will grow and develop leaders within your org, foster technical and programmatic excellence, and be a key thought partner to senior leaders in manufacturing and product engineering.
What You'll Do
Lead and scale the NPI organization, setting strategic direction and managing a team of TPMs to deliver successful product launches across A–D build phasesDrive cross-functional program execution, aligning engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to meet build readiness, cost, and ramp goalsDevelop and standardize NPI processes, building scalable systems and best practices that enable speed, clarity, and repeatable success across programs and sitesCommunicate program health and risks to senior leadership, providing clear visibility into milestones, resource trade-offs, and execution blockersCoach and grow NPI leaders, fostering a high-performing, technically strong team culture rooted in ownership, accountability, and development
What You'll Bring
Degree in Engineering, or relevant experience10+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years managing technical program teams or manager-level direct reportsDemonstrated experience leading NPI programs in a production/manufacturing environment; high-volume or automated environments preferredProven ability to lead and scale TPM teams; track record of building team capability and succession planningDeep understanding of cross-functional program execution: product design, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and quality systemsStrong executive communication skills; able to influence and align at all levels of the organizationExpertise in structured program management methodologies; experienced with agile or hybrid development cyclesComfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity; thrives under pressure in dynamic, high-stakes environments

Expected Compensation
$122,400 - $221,400/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
