Your tasks will be:
- Daily coordination and management of company buses and cars;
- Handling operational tasks and resolving vehicle-related issues;
- Maintaining communication with service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of vehicle services;
- Addressing employees’ questions, feedback, and complaints related to vehicle services, and coordinating the necessary actions;
- Continuously monitoring vehicle services and supporting their efficient operation.
What we expect from you:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher;
- Relevant professional experience;
- A precise and responsible attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- A service-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment;
- Confident English communication skills, both written and spoken;
- Willingness to work on-site in Debrecen;
- An English-language CV is required when applying.
It’s an advantage if you have the following:
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle or fleet management.
