We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Control Specialist, APAC is responsible for maintaining end-to-end inventory accuracy across internal systems, third-party logistics partners, and physical locations by driving reconciliation, root cause analysis, and process standardization. This role serves as a critical cross-functional partner to Finance, Accounting, Systems, and Analytics teams by leveraging data, queries, and operational expertise to resolve discrepancies, support product launches, and continuously improve inventory control processes at scale.
What You'll Do
Identify, investigate, and resolve high-impact inventory discrepancies across WARP, 3PL, MFS, and physical locations, driving root cause analysis and corrective action to maintain system integrity Own and continuously improve the PCA/Scrap process, including execution, documentation, and cross-functional alignment to minimize loss and ensure accurate disposition of inventory Maintain and audit WARP stock attributes, ensuring data accuracy across system configurations and resolving attribute discrepancies in partnership with Systems and Analytics teams Support full material lifecycle by tracking and reconciling In-Transit, Pending Delivery, and Aged System inventory, proactively resolving aged or unresolved transactions with Finance and Accounting stakeholders Support site consolidations and decommissions, coordinating inventory positioning, system setup, and close-out activities to ensure clean transitions with minimal impact to operationsDrive 3PL standardization, site transitions, and compliance auditing, establishing consistent processes and holding external partners accountable to inventory accuracy benchmarksDevelop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and automated reporting tools to surface inventory insights, accelerate reconciliation workflows, and reduce manual effort across the team
What You'll Bring
Previous experience as a cycle counter or inventory control associate and knowledge of inventory systems (WARP, MOS/MES, SAP or equivalent)Strong computer and analytic skills, especially Excel (intermediate level required)Attention to detail and a commitment to identifying data inaccuraciesAbility to work independently on daily tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment while being adaptable to changing prioritiesTrained to operate mobile equipment, or ability to obtain certification within 30 days (Must have valid Australian driver's license) Must be able to lift up to 20kgs on a regular basisExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate data analysis and collaborate effectively across Warehouse stakeholders
