As an Repair Order Management Professional, your day will focus on driving complex order execution from customer demand through delivery while serving as a key point of coordination across repair, planning, procurement, logistics, engineering, suppliers, and customer-facing teams. - Monitor material availability, schedule adherence, order milestones, open issues, risks, and delivery performance; escalate constraints with clear facts, options, and recommended actions.
- Use SAP and other business tools to maintain high-quality order data, support reporting, track progress, and provide reliable visibility to stakeholders.
- Lead complex issue resolution by connecting technical, commercial, material, and logistics inputs into practical execution plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve order management processes, communication cadence, standard work, and cross-functional handoffs that improve delivery reliability and customer experience.
