Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 8 years of experience designing, constructing, or managing infrastructure projects.
- Experience creating infrastructure designs (e.g., telecom, electrical, mechanical), drawing sets for builds, and remodels of data center networking spaces.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience interacting with various government and regulatory bodies.
- Experience in change management and communication strategy.
- Experience managing mission-critical projects across global third-party data centers navigating the technical and operational complexities of scaling infrastructure across regions, vendors, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to construct, articulate, and defend simple messages or insights from analysis.

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning and delivery of our APAC Third-Party Data Center (3PDC) portfolio. You will be involved in every aspect of strategic and tactical implementation of end-to-end data center delivery, and will partner with strategic negotiators, project managers, engineers, and operations teams as well as with our data center service providers, to develop creative and scalable solutions for the delivery of data centers that meet our operational requirements. You will be responsible for leading the strategic execution of the add, moves, and changes program across the APAC 3PDC portfolio, which includes capacity expansions, and infrastructure modifications driven by hardware refreshes.

Responsibilities:
- Ownthe end-to-end execution of mission-critical projects across the global 3PDC fleet, navigating the technical and operational complexities of scaling infrastructure across regions, vendors, and regulatory environments.
- Partner with internal and external partners and negotiators to develop creative and scalable solutions. Serve as the primary bridge between internal engineering teams and external facility partners.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for third-party data center providers to hold them accountable to SLAs and technical specifications.
- Mitigate potential issues that could impact project timelines or budgets. Maintain a forward-looking perspective on resource needs, ensuring that master planning, utilities, design engagement, and equipment supply chain remain ahead of project demand.
- Lead the strategic execution of the global project portfolio, including new site builds, capacity expansions, and hardware lifecycle refreshes. Manage large-scale capital and operational expenditure budgets.
