What To Expect
The Workplace Operations team is responsible for maintaining non-manufacturing facilities and providing soft services to engineering, sales, service, energy, and general and administrative teams. The WorkPlace Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Manager and Supervisor to support Tesla engineering teams and their space needs.
What You'll Do
Coordinate small office moves and supporting workplace team with larger movesOversee lab and office furniture procurementAssist with the management of the Workplace email alias and track all workplace requests through Service ChannelConduct and manage office and storage spaces for engineering teamsAssist with office space blocking and space planningDevelop programs and procedures to better end-user experienceAssist in lab and office space data collection while managing lab space small projects

Expected Compensation
$20.20 - $48.72/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
