【Senior Sales】
- Lead the sales of BYD engine/powertrain products (including EV/HEV powertrain components, drive systems, and supporting technologies).;
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with vehicle manufacturers, bodybuilders, commercial fleets, and industrial partners.;
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies to increase BYD's market share in the Indonesian automotive component sector;
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with Tier 1 suppliers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and key business partners;
- Lead commercial contract negotiations, pricing structure design, and long-term product delivery planning;
- Work closely with internal R&D, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure that engine/powertrain products meet customer technical specifications and local regulatory requirements;
- Serve as a bridge for technical and commercial communication between clients and BYD's product manufacturing/development teams;
- Analyze automotive industry trends, local regulatory policies (such as TKDN and emission standards), and competitor movements;
- Regularly prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market risk mitigation strategies for management review.
Requirements
- English is advanced, chinese is able to speak is preferred;
- 3-5 years of experience;
- Bachelor degree, education major is marketing, business administration
