We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Drive Inverter Reliability Test Team to work on the latest edge of technology drive inverters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with significant experience in inverter design and testing. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of drive inverters for our cutting-edge EV technology.
What You'll Do
Design, execute, and analyze reliability tests for drive invertersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential reliability issuesUtilize electronic design software to simulate and troubleshoot inverter circuitsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior Engineers and TechniciansPrepare and present detailed reports on test findings and recommendations
What You'll Bring
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2+ years of experience in inverter design and testingStrong knowledge of power electronics and semiconductor components, particularly MOSFETs and IGBTsProven experience in the design and testing of inverter circuitsProficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, curve tracers, DMMs, hipot testers, and source metersFamiliarity with electronic design software such as Altium, LTspice, etc.Experience in the automotive or heavy vehicle industry with electric drive systemsFamiliarity with reliability testing methodologies and standards

Expected Compensation
$91,600 - $195,600/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
