Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support and handle customer inquiries and issues related to pre-loan and post-loan services.
- Timely relay cross-departmental or inter-unit business matters and concerns to the relevant teams for resolution.
- Execute customer-facing operations, including customer information updates, repayment processing, and contract information changes.
- Process customer contract closure requests, issue settlement certificates, release-of-lien documents, and related materials, and manage their mailing, including the dispatch of motor vehicle registration certificates.
- Participate in testing of customer service systems and provide constructive suggestions for optimization and improvement.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, economics, leasing, or related industries; experience in financial services or lease operations is preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin with clear pronunciation, professional service attitude, and strong patience.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, high adaptability, proactive mindset, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a continuous learning attitude.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality service.
- Language Required: Advanced Mandarin. English is a plus.
