What To Expect
As a Product Manager for Delivery Vehicle Execution, you will own the end-to-end product experience from the moment Service Prep hands a vehicle to Delivery through completed delivery—including trade-in and lease-end acquisition on delivery day. You will drive strategy and delivery for the internal tools Delivery Advisors and supporting teams use in the field and at the center: mobile, TV, and desktop applications.
A core focus of this role is execution quality at the point of delivery: guiding advisors through accurate, compliant delivery workflows; ensuring trade-ins and lease-ends are acquired correctly when the customer is on site; and making the delivery-day experience fast, clear, and reliable across every surface Delivery uses.
You will partner closely with Delivery Operations, Service Prep, Sales, Legal, and Finance so product flows match real-world handoffs, acquisition rules, and center operations. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can map complex in-center and field workflows into clear multi-surface product requirements, and is energized by shipping tools that advisors actually use to execute deliveries every day.
What You'll Do
Define and own the product roadmap for delivery vehicle execution across internal mobile, TV, and desktop applicationsOwn the advisor experience from Service Prep handoff through delivery completion—vehicle readiness handoff, delivery execution steps, and post-delivery wrap-upOwn product experiences that ensure trade-ins and lease-ends are acquired correctly as part of the delivery-day workflowDesign and improve workflows across mobile (field/on-lot), TV (center/floor), and desktop so state, tasks, and status stay consistent across surfacesPartner with Engineering to ship reliable, performant internal apps that Delivery Advisors and supporting teams can trust under real delivery-day volumeCollaborate with Delivery Operations, Service Prep, Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure product logic reflects handoff criteria, acquisition rules, compliance, and operational standardsIdentify and prioritize friction in delivery-day execution—rework, missed steps, unclear handoffs, and tool-switching—and ship solutions that reduce cycle time and error ratesDefine success metrics for delivery completion quality, trade-in and lease-end acquisition accuracy/completion, advisor efficiency, and cross-surface reliability—and use data to guide roadmap decisionsSupport new market and center readiness by delivering the vehicle-execution tooling required for accurate delivery and acquisition workflows in new regions
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience3+ years of product management experience, ideally in operations technology, field/workforce apps, multi-surface product suites, or a similarly process-driven domainDemonstrated ability to translate complex operational workflows into structured product requirements across mobile, TV, and/or desktopExperience building or managing internal tools used by frontline operations, delivery, retail, or field teamsExperience with multi-step operational handoffs (e.g., prep → execution → completion) and stateful workflow productsStrong cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of working across Operations, Delivery, Sales, Legal, or FinanceAbility to interpret operational, contractual, or policy requirements and translate them into actionable product specificationsProficiency with data analysis tools and a metrics-driven approach to product decisionsExperience with vehicle delivery, trade-in, lease-end, or retail/field execution workflows is a plusFamiliarity with designing for constrained or shared devices (e.g., floor TVs, shared tablets) is a plus

Expected Compensation
$112,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
