What To Expect
The Program Manager, Product Readiness is a cross-functional role rooted in coordination with various stakeholders on large-scale launch readiness initiatives that move the Robotaxi program forward. You will partner closely with engineering, development, service and operations teams to efficiently deliver on aggressive milestones, driving excellence in every release.
The ideal candidate brings strong program management skills, technical knowledge of vehicle software and hardware, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering a magical Robotaxi experience to our riders.
What You'll Do
Drive new market, market scaling & new feature operations launches from ideation through completionWork across teams to define ownership and decision-making, and maintain an organized roadmap to ensure stakeholder alignment on new initiativesCreate & communicate launch plans, track readiness & report status, blockers & changes, providing clear visibility & direction to all stakeholdersCollaborate with site level leaders to drive execution across operations, regulatory, software & hardware teams; getting hands-on to quickly & creatively resolve release-blocking issuesAnticipate and mitigate risks to launch timelines, across regulatory, hardware/software & operationsLead the transition to sustaining operations, keeping close contact with customer experience and field teams to ensure optimal service qualityEfficiently manage complex fleets of vehicles across several markets at scale, leading engineering retrofit efforts from investigation through execution to ensure updated and consistent hardware across the fleet
What You'll Bring
Experience in operations, deployment, software, logistics, or new product/market launch and scalingA record of owning complex, cross-functional launches or rollouts through completion in ever-changing operating environmentsExperience building integrated plans across multiple teams and resolving dependencies affecting schedule, readiness, and executionExceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously; ability to work autonomously and drive solutions in ambiguous problem spacesComfort working through ambiguity, time pressure, and changing field conditions while maintaining structure and follow-throughAbility to travel as needed

Expected Compensation
$72,000 - $132,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
