What To Expect
Reporting to the Director of Energy, Charging and Distribution, EHS, you will primarily support the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market, with secondary support to Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and close partnership with peers in North America. You will work with Commercial Energy business development to de-risk customer contracts, build enablement resources that accelerate sales bids, and strengthen Tesla's contractor management framework, helping drive global harmonisation through shared tools, guidance, and consistent EHS standards.
You will independently lead contract and enablement EHS workstreams while engaging customers, managers, and the wider EHS organisation. This is a commercial EHS role focused on contract risk, enablement tools, proposals, and APAC contractor management, not day-to-day site EHS ownership, full-time auditing, or people management. Frequent regional travel and occasional international travel are required.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in an EHS-related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years' progressive EHS experience, preferably in APAC-based rolesExperience supporting bids, RFPs, or customer contract reviews from an EHS perspectiveExperience in electric power generation, transmission, storage, or distribution, ideally in APAC marketsStrong knowledge of APAC EHS regulations and electrical safety standards (e.g. Australian WHS, AS/NZS)Excellent communication and stakeholder skills across APAC cultures and time zonesStrong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to prioritise in a fast-paced global environment
Nice to have
Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, IEEE, and NECFamiliarity with EHS frameworks in the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, and/or EMEAExperience building bid playbooks, contract guidance, or other commercial enablement toolsExperience contributing to contractor management frameworks in energy or infrastructure projects
