Your tasks will be:
- Provide day-to-day legal support to the business under the supervision of the local legal manager;
- Support the local legal team in providing day-to-day legal support for business activities;
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents;
- Assist with compliance initiatives and internal policy development (including data protection and labor law);
- Conduct legal research and report on Hungarian, EU, and PRC legal developments affecting local operations;
- Liaise with internal departments (HR, procurement, operations) and external counsel;
- Support with internal client communication, meeting preparation, and matter management;
- Support dispute resolution and claims management.
What we expect from you:
- Law degree from a Hungarian university;
- 0–3 years of relevant legal experience;
- Strong knowledge of Hungarian civil, commercial, and labor law;
- Fluency in Hungarian, English, and Chinese (written and spoken) is a must;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proactive, responsible, and client oriented mindset;
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and eagerness to learn;
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational and multicultural environment;
- Willingness to work on-site in Debrecen.
