Tesla is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Manager to join our North America Business Operations and Analytics Organization. In this role, you will lead the coordination and management of our sales and marketing fleet across the Americas, ensuring compliance, efficient allocations, and accurate reporting to drive effective customer engagement and sales activities.
As a Program Manager, Demo Fleet & Test Drive Operations, you will lead a cross-functional team and partner across sales, marketing, logistics, and operations to oversee fleet operations, including demo vehicles, displays, media and special-use allocations, and new product launches. Your work will optimize fleet utilization, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide insights that enhance Tesla's go-to-market strategies. By streamlining these processes, you’ll contribute directly to Tesla’s mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable abundance through innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do
Define and refine the overall vision for demo drive operations, aligning fleet strategy with business goals to maximize order conversion and customer attractionLead a team of analysts across demo fleet compliance and cycling, display and self-serve allocation, and pop-up / NSO operations, while protecting strategic workstreams from case-coverage load; support self-serve / MVD and field teams with timely assistance for demo drive activations, resource management, and conversion-focused allocation decisions while reducing reliance on manual follow-upsOwn Media Fleet and Special-Use Fleet management, including builds, reviews, and deployment to support media activations, VIP loans, and priority initiativesCoordinate new product launch strategies, including fleet assignments, cross-team collaboration, and seamless integration of new products into demo and display operationsManage Core and Dynamic demo and display fleet lifecycle: allocation, backfill, cycle-out, release-for-sale, utilization, cleanliness, and VIN-level tracking, with a focus on automating repeatable decisions wherever possibleLead reporting and systems enhancements that improve field visibility, streamline fleet decision-making, and reduce manual oversight through automation and standardized tools; translate data into strategic recommendations for operational improvements, focusing on efficiency gains, compliance risk reduction, and scalable processes that remove manual bottlenecksCollaborate with sales, marketing, logistics, legal, factory, products, and operations teams to identify process improvements, resolve issues, and implement automated workflows for fleet management and new market operations
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in cross-functional program management, fleet management, logistics, retail operations, or a related field, preferably in automotive or sales/marketing environmentsProven experience leading and developing analysts or specialists with clear ownership of workstreamsStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced settingExcellent analytical abilities, including proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis to support decision-making and compliance tracking; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data management tools and databases (SQL, Python, Tableau or equivalent)Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal stakeholders and field teams while resolving compliance, allocation, and launch challenges; flexibility to travel across the Americas or work extended hours for field support, launches, or urgent fleet coordinationAbility to work independently in dynamic environments, with a proactive mindset for anticipating fleet needs and mitigating potential issuesPassion for Tesla’s mission and knowledge of automotive technologies to align fleet activities with sales goals

Expected Compensation
$72,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
