This role owns the day-to-day operations of an assigned office location, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming workplace for employees and visitors. The Workplace Coordinator serves as the primary onsite facilities representative, partnering closely with leadership, vendors, landlords, and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
What You'll Do
Own daily operations of an assigned workplace location, ensuring the office is clean, organized, fully operational, and ready to support employeesServe as the first point of contact for Tier 1 facilities issues including basic troubleshooting, coordinating repairs, and escalating complex issues as neededManage relationships with building management, service providers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance, repairs, and workplace servicesCoordinate office services including mail, shipping, supplies, pantry management, furniture requests, and general workplace supportConduct regular workplace inspections to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact employeesPartner with Facilities, IT, Security, & HR teams to support workplace projects and operational initiativesSupport office events, employee engagement initiatives, and workplace programs
What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, facilities coordination, or a related fieldExperience supporting Tier 1 facilities operations including coordinating repairs and responding to workplace issuesExperience managing vendors, service providers, work orders, and service level expectationsStrong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and workplace management systems such as ServiceNow, Envoy, or FM:SystemsStrong customer service mindset with outstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and move throughout the office as needed
