In this role, you will be a member of the Corporate HSEPS team, leading initiatives that advance digitization, analytics, and process excellence across the HSEPS function. You will plan and execute global projects that leverage data, technology, and automation to improve performance and drive continuous improvement.
As a leader, you will drive the global digital modernization of HSEPS by improving processes, leveraging data and technology, and advancing leading HSE practices. You will partner across the organization to strengthen capabilities, enhance operational effectiveness, and support HSE excellence worldwide.
You will report directly to the Sr. Director of HSEPS Process and work on a hybrid work schedule in Charlotte, Houston, Phoenix or another US Honeywell location.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the global HSEPS function and partner with Information Technology stakeholders to develop and deploy Honeywell’s HSEPS digitization and information management strategies.
- Deploy processes to continually improve HSEPS digital solutions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with global HSEPS strategies.
- Manage digitization projects including maintaining project timeframes, meeting objectives, and facilitating and delivering effective communications.
- Lead the ongoing management and continuous improvement of the HSE Process System (HSEPS) digital solutions portfolio, ensuring tools are effective, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
- Maintain and enhance the HSE digital controls framework, including policies and procedures, data quality and integrity, IT general controls, third-party data governance, and reporting controls.
- Support strategic plans and key process improvements to continuously improve digitization across the HSE function.
- Maintain an effective management operating system to ensure the HSE digital tools and solutions are maintained and continuously meet the needs of users to drive performance.
- Support the US /Canada regional HSE governance team including performing and leading corporate HSE Governance Audits and other governance activities
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree with a technical, business or EHS focus
- 6+ years working knowledge of environmental, health and safety, sustainability, corporate governance or other related areas
- Experience managing and/or deploying EHS digital solutions or analytic tools
- Experience in project management or related business management areas

- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Lean or Six Sigma experience
- Ability to operate in a global complex, multi-national, and matrix environment
