What will your responsibilities be?
- Identify and secure suitable accommodation based on the needs of foreign employees;
- Maintain relationships with landlords, property managers, and agencies, ensuring that lease agreements are valid and compliant;
- Coordinate employee move-ins, including registration, key handover, and administrative tasks;
- Conduct move-out inspections, prepare inventory reports, and arrange the return of security deposits;
- Perform regular inspections of accommodation facilities to ensure utilities, equipment, and appliances are functioning properly;
- Handle maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance staff or external service providers to ensure timely resolution;
- Monitor the payment of rent, utility bills, and other accommodation-related expenses while maintaining accurate financial records;
- Keep dormitory/accommodation records and archives up to date;
- Oversee accommodation safety and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and housing policies;
- Support compliance with company policies and Hungarian regulations, and assist in handling emergency situations when required.
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- Hold at least a Bachelor's degree (BSc);
- Are detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Have a customer service mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and enjoy working in a multicultural environment;
- Communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing;
- Are willing to work on-site in Debrecen;
