What tasks await you?
- Ensuring the daily cleanliness and proper environment of the factory and office areas, including offices, production areas, restrooms, pantries, and canteens;
- Organizing and supervising cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization services in compliance with Hungarian regulations;
- Coordinating the maintenance of green areas and plants (indoor plants and lawns);
- Planning, organizing, and supervising large-scale cleaning and land reclamation work within the factory premises;
- Managing meeting room reservations, daily upkeep, and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment;
- Handling the procurement, inventory, and distribution of office supplies and maintaining accurate records;
- Coordinating the operation, maintenance, and replenishment of office equipment (water dispensers, coffee machines, and beverage vending machines);
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers, and maintaining asset and equipment registers;
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
You are the perfect candidate if you:
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in any field;
- Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken;
- Have at least 1 year of office and administrative experience;
- Possess excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills;
- Are familiar with office software and ERP systems;
- Enjoy and are able to work collaboratively with multiple departments toward common goals;
- Are willing to work on-site in Debrecen.
