Key Responsibilities
1. Experiential Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop annual and quarterly experiential marketing plans aligned with brand strategy, product priorities, commercial objectives, and the customer journey. Define the purpose, target audience, key message, experience concept, budget, timeline, and KPI framework for each program. Identify the most relevant physical touchpoints and activation opportunities for building brand awareness and preference.
2. Brand Experience & Customer Journey Design Translate Zeekr’s brand positioning, design philosophy, technology, and product strengths into clear and engaging physical experiences. Design the end-to-end customer journey, including invitation, arrival, spatial experience, product storytelling, interaction, hospitality, test drive, follow-up, and content touchpoints. Maintain a premium and consistent experience in line with global brand standards while adapting programs to local customer expectations.
3. End-to-End Program Development & Execution Manage the development and execution of product launches, test drives, media and influencer events, customer programs, pop-ups, partnerships, sponsorship activations, and showroom-related events. Coordinate project briefs, concepts, venues, production, registration, staffing, vehicle logistics, run-of-show, on-site operations, and post-event review. Ensure operational readiness, quality control, safety, permits, insurance, and contingency planning as required.
4. Retail & Physical Customer Touchpoint Collaboration Work with Sales, Retail Marketing, dealers, and showroom operations to improve the quality and consistency of customer experiences across retail and event touchpoints. Contribute to showroom activations, dealer-led customer events, product display experiences, and local market programs. Gather customer and frontline feedback to identify opportunities for experience improvement.
5. Agency, Vendor & Budget Management Prepare project briefs and RFPs, coordinate agency and vendor evaluation, and manage appointed partners throughout planning and execution. Monitor schedules, budgets, quotations, contracts, production quality, and deliverables. Maintain clear working processes and evaluate partner performance based on quality, responsiveness, cost efficiency, and business impact.
6. Integrated Marketing Collaboration Coordinate with Brand, Digital, PR, CRM, Sales, and Retail Marketing to connect physical experiences with broader campaign and customer communication plans. Contribute to selected digital advertising, brand marketing, or retail marketing activities where they amplify experiential programs, support an assigned launch, or address an immediate business priority.
7. Measurement, Reporting & Optimization Define and track relevant performance indicators, including attendance, participation, customer satisfaction, engagement, lead generation, content and earned-media outputs, and contribution to brand awareness or preference where measurable. Prepare post-program reports that summarize results, budget status, customer feedback, operational learnings, and recommendations for future programs.

Required Qualifications
* 5–8 years of experience in experiential marketing, event marketing, or brand activation, with additional experience in IMC or brand marketing considered a plus.
• Hands-on experience managing customer-facing events or physical brand activations from planning and concept development through on-site execution and post-program reporting.
• Strong project management capabilities across timelines, budgets, agencies, vendors, production workflows, and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate brand strategy and product messages into a clear, engaging, and premium customer experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional working environment.
• Working-level English communication skills, written and verbal, sufficient for effective collaboration with global headquarters and regional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in automotive, premium or luxury brands, consumer technology, mobility, or another high-involvement category.
• Experience with automotive product launches, test drives, media events, customer events, pop-ups, retail activations, or showroom operations.
• Working knowledge of brand marketing, digital advertising, retail marketing, PR, CRM, or content production as part of integrated campaigns.
• Strong brand sensibility and attention to detail, with an ability to maintain premium execution standards.
• Ability to interpret customer feedback and performance data and apply insights to future program development.
