The Automotive Technical Support Jr. Analyst will provide comprehensive technical assistance to the dealer network and aftersales teams, ensuring timely and effective solutions for mechanical and electrical issues. This role involves delivering online and onsite training, supporting product testing before market launch, and analyzing failure cases to improve aftersales service efficiency.
Key Responsibilitie
- sFollow up to technical support requests from the dealer network and aftersales teams, providing accurate troubleshooting guidance
- .Follow up on technical cases until complete resolution, ensuring customer and dealer satisfaction
- .Develop and deliver online and onsite training courses, creating customized training materials aligned with technical support needs
- .Support product testing activities for new passenger vehicles prior to launch, gathering technical information for aftersales troubleshooting guides
- .Analyze and summarize failure cases to identify root causes, improve response efficiency, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams
- .Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, aftersales) to share insights and propose product improvements
- .Maintain updated technical documentation, training materials, and case libraries to enhance knowledge sharing across the dealer network

Qualificatio
- nsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fiel
- d.Maximum 2-4 years of experience in technical support in a Dealer or in a OE
- M.English: intermediate proficien
- cySolid understanding of Automotive mechanical systems and electrical principle
- s.Experience in training design and deliver
- y.Hands-on knowledge of vehicle testing, troubleshooting, and aftersales operation
