Position
We're looking for a Digital Product Specialist to join our IT & Digital Product team and help evolve myAtlante, our customer-facing digital platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding how digital products work behind the scenes, solving complex technical challenges and collaborating across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Brief Description Of The Role
The Digital Product Specialist supports the evolution and day-to-day reliability of myAtlante, Atlante’s customer-facing digital platform. Acting as a technical bridge between Product, Digital, Operations, Customer Care and external partners, this role investigates issues end to end, helps unblock delivery, and turns recurring operational problems into scalable solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding how digital products work in practice, solving technical problems, and improving processes through automation, data and structured analysis.

This role creates value by improving the efficiency, reliability and scalability of the myAtlante ecosystem. By taking ownership of technical investigations and recurring operational issues, it reduces manual effort across Product, Operations and Customer Care, while speeding up resolution times for both internal teams and end users. Through automation, data analysis and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, the Digital Product Specialist helps turn recurring problems into permanent fixes and actionable product improvements. In this way, the role enables the Product team to focus on strategic development while ensuring that operational complexity is handled in a structured and effective way.
Core Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for anything myAtlante, helping teams diagnose issues and find practical solutions.
- Investigate problems end to end, from the app down to API calls, backend responses and partner integrations, and drive them to a fix.
- Turn real-world issues and feedback into clear input for new features, with well-written requirements and user stories.
- Help move developments forward, coordinating product, engineering and partners so things actually ship.
- Write Python scripts and small tools to automate checks, query APIs and speed up recurring work.
- Use dashboards, logs and data to keep the app healthy and spot what to improve next.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Around 2 years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Support, Software Engineering or similar technical roles.
- Good knowledge of Python for scripting, automation and data analysis; familiarity with TypeScript or other programming languages is a strong plus, the broader the technical toolkit the better.
- Solid familiarity with SQL, JSON and REST APIs; experience testing or debugging API integrations (e.g. Postman) is appreciated.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP) and their core services is a plus.
- Curiosity to understand how digital products work end-to-end.
- Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluent in English

Location & package:

- Gross Annual Salary: starting from €35.000, according to experience, plus benefits.
