- Work closely with leadership, Shop / MML managers and cross-functional teams in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking project performance.
- Track and report program status, timelines, risks, and dependencies across product development, and manufacturing.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and highlight risks/issues.
- Facilitate project reviews, stage-gate meetings, and risk assessments.
- Ensure alignment between project objectives and organizational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in project governance and delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing shops, procurement, quality, and suppliers.
- Help build a project culture that is data-driven, collaborative, and execution-focused.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a PMO or project management role.
- Proficient in MS Project, JIRA, or other project management tools.
- Familiarity with automotive development life cycles (e.g., V-Model, others..).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in project financial tracking, risk management, and change control.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Competent in English, both written and verbal
- Results-oriented with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure, technical mindset
