JOB OVERVIEW
Based in our Melbourne office in Mulgrave, we are seeking a passionate professional with a strong luxury brand background to shape a truly premium retail experience for Denza; orchestrating the planning, coordination and execution of our national luxury dealer network, defining a showroom customer experience and operating standards that meet the expectations of high-end clientele.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement a premium showroom customer experience and dealership operating standards tailored to high-end clientele, and ensure consistent execution across the network
- Responsible for Denza Sales NPS, develop and execute strategies to continuously improve Sales NPS, using customer feedback and data insights to identify pain points and drive measurable improvements.
- Establish, document, and enforce customer experience SOPs across the dealer network - partnering with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Training, Marketing, Aftersales, Network Development, HQ) and external dealer partners to ensure full implementation and consistent compliance with BYD's showroom operating standards at every dealership.
- Conduct regular site visits, mystery shopper reviews, and compliance audits to monitor service quality and identify gaps, with actionable follow-up plans.
ABOUT YOU
A strong background and proven track record with premium/luxury brands is a must, whether in automotive or in other luxury customer-facing industries. You understand what excellence looks like for high-end customers, and you know how to translate it into showroom experience, operating standards and memorable brand moments. A strong relationship builder, confident presenter to senior management and exceptional project management skills are needed.
You'll bring:
- 4+ years of experience with premium/luxury brands is essential- in automotive, or in luxury customer-facing industries such as hospitality, aviation, private clubs, or luxury goods (e.g., watches, jewellery, fashion). Demonstrated success in automotive retail dealer network development will be highly regarded.
- Proven ability to design and deliver premium customer experiences, with the creativity to conceive owner events and partnerships that high-end customers genuinely value and the hands-on drive to bring them to life
- Strong project management skills to coordinate standards rollout across multiple stakeholders, combined with exceptional communication skills to build consensus among diverse groups while pushing for measurable results
