Job Responsibilities
- Spare Parts Business Alignment
- Coordinate with the aftersales central spare parts operation team to handle spare parts engineering work including spare parts preparation for new vehicle launches, change management, spare parts catalog and master data administration. Align resources between Proton and ASEAN subsidiaries to coordinate, escalate and synchronize work, and proactively resolve related risks.
- Technical & Warranty Claim Business Coordination
- Collaborate with central aftersales technical and warranty teams, coordinate resources of Proton and ASEAN regional subsidiaries to carry out alignment and escalation work, and facilitate closed-loop resolution of technical and warranty claim issues.
- Regional ASEAN Aftersales Business Overall Coordination
- Unify cross-dimensional aftersales business collaboration covering all ASEAN subsidiaries, Proton and authorized dealers. Centralize and process regional demands of four core modules: technical support, aftersales quality, spare parts and warranty claims.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Major: No restrictions
- Language: Fluent Mandarin as daily working language, proficient business English
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of overseas automotive aftersales regional operation experience; familiar with Southeast Asian local regulations, import and export trade, full spare parts chain and warranty business processes
- Certificates: No mandatory certificates required
Professional Skills
- Familiar with automotive structure, warranty business, spare parts engineering data flow and SBOM data process
- Skilled in office software operation
- Capable of cross-border business overall planning, multi-party communication alignment and risk research & handling
Personal Competencies
Strong logical analysis, stress resistance, organization, coordination and communication skills, with commercial operation awareness
