Key Account Manager – Korea

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and daily management of ZEEKR’s fleet operations in Korea
- Develop and execute localized fleet strategies to support business growth (leasing, corporate fleet, mobility partners, etc.)
- Monitor fleet utilization, uptime, and performance to maximize operational efficiency
- Ensure full compliance with Korean transportation regulations, safety standards, and EV-related policies
- Oversee vehicle lifecycle management (procurement, registration, maintenance, remarketing/disposal)
- Establish and manage relationships with key partners, including leasing companies, fleet customers, and service providers
- Implement and optimize preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure service quality
- Analyze fleet data (TCO, utilization, charging efficiency, maintenance costs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, After-Sales, Service, Finance) to deliver integrated fleet solutions
- Support charging infrastructure planning and energy management for fleet customers
- Introduce digital tools and telematics systems to enhance visibility and operational control
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in fleet management, automotive OEM, leasing, or mobility operations
- Strong understanding of EV ecosystem, including charging infrastructure and battery-related operations
- Familiarity with Korean regulatory environment related to vehicles and fleet operations
- Proven experience in vendor and partner management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data (TCO focus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Korean and English (business proficiency required)
