Position
We are looking for a Marketing Data Scientist to turn marketing data into clear, actionable insights across our European markets and myAtlante. In this role, you will own performance measurement, analyse acquisition economics, funnels and ROI, and provide evidence-based recommendations that help marketing teams invest where impact is highest and optimise what can perform better.
Brief Description Of The Role
You own the measurement, analysis and interpretation of marketing performance across all European markets and across myAtlante. You track CAC, conversion funnels and campaign ROI, you ask the questions that explain why the numbers move, and you tell the rest of the function where and how to optimise. You own the data and the analysis. You do not execute campaigns and you do not set strategy.

- Run customer segmentation, behavioural and cohort analyses to support acquisition and retention.
- Ensure measurement is reliable before launch: tracking, tagging, attribution and conversion infrastructure in place for every new campaign and channel.
- Support business cases, forecasting and target setting with data.
- Prepare executive reporting for the CMO and senior management.
- Work with the central Data Platform & AI team to keep marketing data quality, consistency and access aligned with company data governance.
- Promote a data driven culture across the marketing function and the markets.

- Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering or related fields.
- 3/5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, business intelligence or customer insights, with direct exposure to acquisition economics.
