The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail‑oriented commercial professional with strong customer focus and a solid understanding of service operations. Success in this role requires close collaboration with partner teams—including Grid Sales, Contract Management, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service Engineering—to ensure alignment and effective execution of both routine and strategic objectives.
The Service Commercial Management team oversees commercial aspects of the customer relationship from LTSA development through commissioning and throughout the service lifecycle. In this capacity, the Commercial Manager helps identify and secure post‑commissioning revenue opportunities such as O&M extensions, software licensing agreements, post‑warranty service requests, and site‑specific upgrades or energy augmentation. This role directly contributes to strengthening customer relationships and supporting future business opportunities for LG ES Vertech.

- Monitor and report on unplanned revenue streams and corrective support activities.
- Identify key customer needs and present technical and commercial business proposals that address requirements.
- Develop an understanding of competing energy storage O&M, and Performance Warranty market strategies and use this knowledge to continuously improve LGES Vertech’s LTSA contract positions.
- Support Vertech’s participation at trade events as needed.
